Ada Glover

Obituary Ada Maria Glover, affectionately called Ma, Nana and Nae Nae, age 53 of Bessemer, Alabama transitioned on Thursday, June 15, 2017. She was born July 1, 1963 to the late Herman and Ruth Glover of Bessemer, Alabama. She attended McAdory High School class of 1981. She was given an opportunity after high school that catapulted her to success with appreciable and creditable accomplishments, where she proudly rendered effortlessly until her demise. She was employed with Social Security Administration with over 35 years of service. She was preceded in death by: sister, Virginia “Nesie” Glover and grandson, Linford “Linny” Williams, III. Our mother was a remarkable, humble, amazing, stupendous daughter, mother, grandmother, sister, aunt, family member, friend and exceptional dedicated coworker. Left to cherish her memories are: loving daughters, Dara (Linford, Jr.) Williams and Amber Glover of Bessemer, Alabama; grandchildren, Brandon Bradley and Kody “KoKo” Glover; siblings, Darryl (Yolawnda) Glover, Marcia (Willie) Glover, Jacqueline Glover, Kathlyn (Charles) Thomas and Tara (Terry, Sr.) Willis; nieces and nephews, Tony Glover, Cyrita (David) Burton, Justin Williams, Cordarrius Williams, Toni Williams, Terry Willis, Jr., Tayla Willis and a host of family members, friends and coworkers.
