Amarion Tremaine Franklin was born in Birmingham, AL to Andrea and Alfara Franklin, Sr. on October 7, 2005. During his life he attended Zion Hill Missionary Baptist Church under the leadership of Emanuel Foster.
Amarion attended St. Francis Pre-School and Abrams Elementary for early education. He then entered the Midfield City School System in the 1st grade. He was a part of the high school class of 2024.
He was an athlete participating in little league football with the Midfield Saints. He ultimately chose basketball as his favorite sport playing recreational basketball for several teams, travel ball with Birmingham Blaze and Warriors Elite, and then on to school ball at Rutledge Middle and Midfield High School. He won several awards and although he was usually the smallest one, was known to be a leader and strong as an ox. He thoroughly enjoyed playing for coaches DaMiko Tabb, Robert Paige, Darryl Pope, Rashuwn Brown, Javen Smith, and Courtney Jones.
Amarion was preceded in death by his father, Alfara Franklin, Sr.; grandfather, Willie Franklin; Aunt Paullah Franklin; and Uncle Willie Stevens. He leaves to cherish his loving memories his mom, Andrea; brothers, Alfara, Jr. and Armonie; sister, Amari; brotherly cousin, DeAndre; sisterly cousins Kie'ana and Kei'Undrea; Grandmothers; Queen (Carl) Baker and Patsy Franklin; Grandfather, Will Cotchery; niece, Le"Ani; closest Aunts and Uncles: Terrica, Andrea, Chassidy, Kia, Dante, Travodney, and Jamaal. A host of other Aunts, Uncles, Great Aunts and Uncles, cousins, and friends.
