Bettye Wagner

Bettye Jean Wagner was born September 25, 1947 to William and Evare Wagner in Montgomery, Alabama. Bettye had an impeccable drive for education. She wore many hats and exceeded at each task such as, Cosmetology, Electronics and Journalism. One of her biggest accomplishments came when she earned her Master's Degree in Nursing. Bettye served our country bravely from 1976 - 1978. While enlisted, Bettye had her own late night spot on the local radio station in Okinawa, Japan. After her honorable discharge she decided to dedicate eight more years to the United States Army Reserve. Bettye was preceded in death by: parents, William and Evare Wagner; siblings, Willie James, Eva, John, Barbara (twin sister) and Caelovonner Wagner. On March 12, 2015, God said well done my servant well done. Left to cherish her precious memories: brother, Leontist Wagner; sister, Jeanette Wagner and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
