Edmond Olds

On September 14, 2015 a flower was plucked from our garden that will truly be missed. He displayed love for the Lord, his friends, and especially his FAMILY. Edmond Old Jr. was the second of six children born to Edmond Olds Sr. and Ella Ruth Hall Olds on July 19, 1951 in Birmingham, AL. Edmond confessed Christ and was baptized at the Ensley Church of Christ in Birmingham, AL where he remained a faithful member until death. Edmond loved attending church (especially Sunday school), and fellowshipping with his church members. Although he had no children he was a father to every child in his family. Edmond known to many as "Doo Dad" loved and would do anything for his family and those in need. He leaves to cherish his memories, Two sisters; Joyce (Sis) and Mary (Fat) Olds. Three brothers; Milton (Doc) & Laura (fav. sister-in-law) Olds, Gary & Linda (fav. sister-in-law) Olds, and Randall (Big Bear) & Cheryl (fav. sister-in-law) Olds. Thirteen nieces and nephews; Randall Len (Bug), Rolinda (My Pimp) deceased, Kesha (Wild Child), Yolanda (My Baby) & Demetris Hall, Milton Jr. (Dee), Orin (Old Man) & Brittany Olds, RaiShean, Christopher (Christine), Lil Gary, Ariel (Lil' Momma), Adrienne (Richsarod) Hudson, Jaquita, and Lazandra. Six great nieces and nephews; Edmond (Squirrel), Erin (Huggie Bear), Elissa (Big Red), Ethan (Big Frog), Jamarion (Juicy Juice), and Gacoby. A very special friend Cynthia Minniefield, her daughter Edraneice, son Derrick McKinnon, and baby Makynzi (Grandbaby).
