Eriq Terry

On June 29, 2022, we lost a gentle giant in our lives and the chain was broken. Eriq VeSean Terry the only child born to Erica LaShun Terry on December 17, 1991. Eriq’s Christian life was spent under the stewardship of Reverend William F. Bishop at Pleasant Hill Missionary Baptist Church. His early education was in the Bessemer School systems.
After the death of his mother he completed his education at McAdory High School with the graduating class of 2010. He worked at Winn Dixie in the seafood and meat department as meat cutter. He was well known and admired his artistic ability.
In 2012 he met his life partner Kristen Salyers, whose love and devotion was unmeasurable.
Eriq was born into a legacy of love and proceeded in death by his mother(Erica LaShun Terry), his great grandparents maternal (John D and Freddie Shepard) and paternal (Corine Terry).
Cherishing the memories of Eriq are: his grandparents Claude and Valada Terry, his life partner Kristen Salyers, Godmother- Marietta McClain, his aunt Kellye Terry-Phillips, uncle Claude L. (Tania), special great uncle Gregory (Lori); cousins, Kourtnee, Kodee, Kole, Jasmine and Claude Vincent(CJ) . His maternal great-aunts are (Evelyn, Diane, Doris), paternal great- aunts (Rita, Vanessa, Louella, Miriam); maternal- great uncle (Derrick), paternal- great uncle (Earlie). A host of cousins and an abundance of other relatives and friends.
