FRANKLIN CARVIN WILLIAMS (Frank) was born January 31, 1948 in Brighton, Alabama to the late Inez Hall Williams and Allen Williams. Frank joined St. Mark AME Methodist Church in Brighton, Alabama, where he sang in the choir. After graduating from Brighton High School and pursuing an engineering degree from Tuskegee University, Tuskegee, Alabama; Frank continued his career in the U.S. Army where he was stationed in Germany. Frank married the late Donna Williams and was later married to the former Rita Williams. He loved fishing and always shared jokes and a hearty laugh with family and friends. Music was his passion. He enjoyed listening to all kinds of music and was loved by all who knew him. Frank passed on Tuesday, August 5, 2014 in Birmingham, Alabama. He leaves to mourn his sisters and brothers: Alean Coleman (Willie Carl) of Clinton, Maryland, Shirley Elaine Williams-Jones (Willis, III) of Silver Spring, Maryland, Alfred Williams (Tresa) of Brighton, Alabama, Billy Williams (Diane) of New Orleans, Louisiana, and Frederick Graham of Atlanta, Georgia; a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
