Rickey Bailey

Obituary Rickey Bailey was born July 30, 1948 to the late J.D. Bailey and Lizzie F. Bailey in Shelby County. Rickey, affectionately known as Caveman, was educated in the Leeds County School system. He later furthered his education and received a degree in Mechanics. Rickey never met a stranger. He loved working on cars, riding his motorcycle and being the best pool player around. On Sunday, September 17, 2017 labor was rewarded with rest. Rickey was preceded in death by his brothers, Chester and Jackie Bailey. Left to cherish his precious memories: children, Rickey G. Bailey, Thomas Bailey, Samuel Bailey, Ronald Bailey, Keisha Rice and Aliyah Bailey; brothers, Bobby Bailey, James Bailey, Roy Bailey, Vernon Bailey and Tyrone Bailey; sisters, Betty Barnett, Geraldine Bailey and a host of grandchildren, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
